What to write about
- Corrections. Tell us the page and the fact, and a source if you have one.
- How a page was put together. The methodology may already answer it.
- Who pays us. See the affiliate disclosure, or ask.
- Companies we cover. If you represent one and a fact is wrong, send the source. We don’t remove accurate information.
What we can’t help with
We publish; we don’t sell metal, hold accounts or give advice. We can’t open, move or close an account, check an order or shipment, or give personal financial, tax or legal advice. For a problem with an order, contact the company first. If that fails, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, your state attorney general, or the CFTC.
Please don’t send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details by email.
