Terms
Terms of Use
Using this site means accepting these terms. In short: it’s general information, not advice; we check facts carefully but companies change their terms; and any account or purchase is between you and the company you choose.
Effective
The publisher
This site is published by Lead Partner (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Norway (org. no. 926 580 094).
What the site is
A handbook about free gold IRA kits and the steps after them: how to read a kit, what to ask, how the account process works, and the published terms of a small number of companies, each fact with a source and the date it was checked.
What it isn’t
- Not advice. Nothing here is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any metal or account. Talk to a tax professional or other licensed adviser about your own situation.
- Not a dealer or custodian. We don’t sell metal, hold accounts or handle money.
- Not a promise about results. Metal prices go down as well as up, and past prices say nothing about future ones.
Accuracy
We date every fact check, but companies change fees and terms and we can make mistakes. Confirm every figure with the company, in writing, before you act. Report errors through the contact page; the editorial policy explains how corrections work.
Paid links
Goldco and Augusta Precious Metals pay us when readers we refer request information, and Goldco also when a referred reader buys. See the affiliate disclosure.
Other sites
We link to companies, regulators, courts and other sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Using our content
The text and tables belong to Lead Partner. You may read, print and link to our pages for personal use. Short quotes with a link back are welcome; copying whole pages is not.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.
Limits of our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that arise from using it or from decisions based on it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow to be waived.
Which law applies
Norwegian law governs these terms. If you and we disagree about these terms or this site and can’t settle it between us, the dispute goes to the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
